Tim Funk established Funks Construction in 2015.

Tim’s carpentry career began during high school while he worked for his Stepdad’s company, Simco, specializing in concrete tilt ups.

After high school, Tim attended UFV’s carpentry program to attain his Red Seal Carpenters Ticket. He continued to work with family at Simco Construction.

In 2011, he joined another crew that focused on renovations and barn/shop builds. Tim had been asked by family to do projects on his own, which grew into the beginning of his dream of owning his own company.

Today Funks Construction has grown to be an all-service general contractor. Specializing in agricultural and residential construction. Employing a crew of hardworking individuals who value the quality of their work and the training it takes to become skilled in their field. Funks Construction is also a carpentry apprentiship sponsor registered with Skilled Trades B.C.

Tim, along with his wife Danielle and their 4 children, currently live in Abbotsford BC where Funks Construction Fraser Valley Ltd. calls home base.
